Check the status of your most recent orders by Logging into Your Account and select Order History. You can see the status of all your past orders.
We are able to track only orders that have been sent by :
NZ Couriers within New Zealand - please email orders@allblackshop.com or phone Customer Services (03) 365 8732 or
International orders sent by Express Couriers - You will have been sent an email giving you the link by which you can track your order within the NZ Express Post database. Should you require any additional help please email our Customer Services at orders@allblackshop.com
Note : A shipping company may not have the ability to track a number for up to 24 business hours.
